Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 6 - 12 years of experience and strong expertise in Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, optimizing, and deploying complex Fast Formulas supporting key HCM processes such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor/Time Tracking.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM technical consulting and a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions across multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy complex Fast Formulas in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM.

- Develop advanced business logic and calculations for Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor/Time Tracking.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Optimize existing Fast Formulas for performance, accuracy, maintainability, and reusability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Fast Formulas and HCM processes.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

- Conduct unit testing and support integration/system testing and user acceptance testing.

- Provide technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and developed solutions.

- Support data validation, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices across HCM implementation projects.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM.

- Excellent expertise in Fast Formulas, including design, development, debugging, and optimization.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and technical components.

- Experience working on Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor/Time Tracking.

- Strong technical consulting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work on complex calculations and business rules.

- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and technical framework.
