Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead Revenue Management with 7+ years of experience to drive Oracle Cloud Revenue Management implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Revenue Management, Intercompany processes, and accounting compliance standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global finance operations to deliver scalable and compliant financial solutions.

Job Title : Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead Revenue Management

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Revenue Management implementation and support projects.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Cloud Financials.

- Configure and support Oracle Revenue Management Cloud modules aligned with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards.

- Manage and support Intercompany accounting and transaction processes across global business units.

- Drive process optimization for Auto Invoice, Payment Processing, Collections, and Revenue Recognition workflows.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to revenue accounting.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and deployment support.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex functional issues within Oracle Cloud Finance modules.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

- Work closely with finance stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, user guides, and training materials.

- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation and support delivery.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management.

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and Intercompany process support.

- Good understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting standards.

- Experience in Auto Invoice, Revenue Recognition, Payment Processing, and Collections.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance business processes and configurations.

- Hands-on exposure to SQL, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders and business users.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

- Oracle Cloud Financials certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience working with global MNC environments preferred.

- Exposure to Lease Management processes will be an added advantage.
