As an Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex financial business requirements and robust Oracle Cloud solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with client stakeholders, finance controllers, and technical development teams to design and deploy scalable financial architectures.

Your day-to-day will involve translating business pain points into functional configurations, ensuring seamless integration across the Oracle ecosystem, and driving process optimization. By delivering high-impact solutions, you will directly influence the financial efficiency and operational agility of our clients' global business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials to align with client-specific accounting and reporting standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical development.

- Manage complex data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and system continuity during cloud transitions.

- Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption and system stability.

- Advise client leadership on best practices for financial process automation to improve reporting accuracy and reduce operational overhead.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically within the Oracle AP and Oracle GL modules.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale financial transformation projects for 7 to 14 years, managing stakeholder expectations and project timelines effectively.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide sustainable solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate across distributed global teams.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.
