Role : Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant - BCEA (Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting)

Location : Pan India (Hybrid)

Experience : 8-12 Years

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 Oracle FIN Cloud implementations or support projects.

- Strong functional knowledge of BCEA in Oracle FIN Cloud.

- Excellent communication skills for escalated discussions with Oracle support & customers.

- Hands-on with Cloud tools (FSM, rapid implementation templates, ADFdi).

- Experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and Level 1-3 finance processes.

- Certification in Oracle FIN offerings preferred.

- Background in Oracle EBS is a plus.

- Skilled in writing functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics.

- Knowledge of Oracle FIN Cloud integrations, data loaders, spreadsheet loaders.

- Experience with FIN Cloud security and workflows.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of Oracle ERP/FIN Cloud experience.

- Proven ability to handle client-facing roles and global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle FIN Cloud implementation and support projects with a focus on BCEA (Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting).

- Analyze business requirements and perform business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.

- Provide functional expertise across Level 1-3 finance processes.

- Configure and support Oracle FIN Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

- Work with customers and Oracle Support teams to analyze and resolve escalated functional issues.

- Collaborate with global delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop functional specifications based on business and technical requirements.
