Oracle Finance Cloud ERP Budgetary Control Lead (BCEA)

Hybrid | Pan India

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 23 implementations/support experience in Oracle FIN Cloud, with proven FIN Lead role exposure.

- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on expertise in BCEA (Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting).

- Excellent communication skills for discussing functional issues and solutions.

- Proficiency with Cloud tools: FSM, rapid implementation templates, ADFdi.

- Experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, Level 13 finance processes.

- Oracle FIN certifications preferred.

- Prior experience in Oracle EBS is an advantage.

- Skilled in writing functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics.

- Understanding of Oracle FIN Cloud integrations, data loaders, spreadsheet loaders.

- Knowledge of FIN Cloud security and workflows.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
