We are seeking to recruit Oracle Cloud EPM Specialist, candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solution for our organization.

This is a full-time delivery role responsible for collaborating closely with business users and implementation partners to address and solve business challenges.

Success in this role depends on the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and build strong confidence and commitment among business stakeholders.

The candidates for this role will have experience of working in an Oracle Cloud EPM, have worked with the entire suite of Oracle cloud EPM.

Full Project Life Cycle experience is required from business requirements gathering to full deployment of the final solution with the business users.

Responsibilities :

The EPM Consultant must be able to do the following task in their job function :

- Well experienced in closely working with business and have hands-on experience in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation of Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Management / Statutory Reports and TAX reporting.

- Must have excellent knowledge in accounting / auditing concepts.

- Must have excellent Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills.

- Experienced in design and configure EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Implement and customize EPM applications based on business needs.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.

- Candidate will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitates workshops with senior resources and subject matter experts.

Captures and understands business requirements and specifies system, application or process designs to adopt to the Modern EPM Business Best Practices.

- Expertise in application of Oracles OUM methodology.

- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution and keep abreast with the product roadmap.

- Assisting with developing design documentation.

- Knowledge of application of best practices

- Developing basic scripts for load rules, calculation scripts.

- Develop systems testing procedures and process and training of end user.

- Good understanding of Oracle technology

- Collaborate with other technology teams to integrate EPM solutions with existing systems, databases, and applications.

- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for EPM applications.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.

- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in the software industry, with exposure to working in a consulting capacity at client sites.

- Proven hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutions, with involvement in at least 45 full lifecycle projects (from strategy through implementation to support).

- Strong functional expertise in finance domains, including Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, and Tax Reporting.

- Ability to effectively collaborate with implementation partners and stakeholders
