About the Role:

We are looking for a Middle Oracle BSS Engineer with 35 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BSS and telecommunications systems. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, integrating, and maintaining BSS platforms covering order management, billing, charging, product catalog, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BSS components, including Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, OSM, PDC, and ECE.

- Develop custom workflows, APIs, and system integrations between BSS, OSS, digital channels, and enterprise applications.

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, database objects, and SQL queries.

- Develop and maintain applications and integrations using Java.

- Work with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS, and Kafka.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis across the BSS ecosystem.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable telecom BSS solutions.

- Ensure solutions follow relevant telecommunications BSS processes and TM Forum standards, including eTOM and SID.

Requirements:

- 35 years of professional experience in Oracle BSS, enterprise application integration, or telecommunications systems.

- Hands-on experience with at least one or more Oracle BSS products:

1. Oracle BRM

2. Siebel CRM

3. Oracle OSM

4. Oracle PDC

5. Oracle ECE

- Strong proficiency in Java and PL/SQL.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and database modeling.

- Experience developing enterprise system integrations using REST, SOAP, JMS, or Kafka.

- Understanding of telecommunications BSS business processes.

- Knowledge of TM Forum standards such as eTOM and SID.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- English proficiency: B1+ or higher.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with telecom BSS upgrades or migration projects.

- Experience working on major system acquisition or integration projects.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Oracle BRM, Siebel, OSM, PDC, or ECE will be preferred.
