Role : Test Architect - Oracle Automation

Experience : 15 - 18 Years

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Description :

- Lead QA strategy and governance for Oracle EBS/Fusion, NetSuite and Workday programs.

- Drive presales, solutioning and TOSCA-led automation/CI/CD across ERP, HCM, integrations and data loads.

- 15+ years in IT with test architecture, CoE leadership, compliance and executive stakeholder engagement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing automation frameworks specifically for Oracle applications, including deep technical proficiency with tools such as OATS, Selenium, or custom-built automation solutions.

- Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into technical testing strategies, maintaining clear communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on quality engineering and operational excellence.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system behaviors and provide strategic recommendations for architectural improvements.
