About the Role :

PwC's Advisory Service Delivery Centre is the natural extension of PwC's global delivery capabilities, offering premium, cost-effective, high-quality services. We are seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS / EPM Functional Consultant with multiple implementation projects. The role spans the full lifecycle - planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management - with accountability for Account Reconciliation (ARCS) implementation, including application configuration, integration, and validation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

- Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, develop & deliver Oracle ARCS solutions.

- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.

- Play a pivotal role from requirement gathering to project closure.

- Own complete solution design.

- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders.

- Ensure strong understanding of integration and reconciliation processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 ARCS implementations.

- Strong expertise in Reconciliation Formats, Auto Matching Rules, Workflow, and Integrations.

- Experience in Transaction Matching reconciliations.
