Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant to join our India Offshore team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials, along with advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data pipelines by building robust PL/SQL packages, SQL objects, and datasets that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

You will also work extensively with Oracle EBS Financial modules, data conversions, integrations, and technical architecture. As part of our technology roadmap, the organization is planning to adopt Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Prior experience with these technologies will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL solutions for enterprise reporting and analytics.

- Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.

- Develop high-performance SQL queries and optimize database performance.

- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and data pipelines.

- Perform Oracle EBS data conversions, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.

- Develop and support integrations using Oracle EBS APIs, Interface Tables, and standard integration frameworks.

- Work extensively with Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules and underlying data models.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support enterprise reporting initiatives and contribute to data quality and governance efforts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials.

- In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets (FA)

5. Cash Management (CE)

6. Subledger Accounting (SLA)

- Strong expertise in :

1. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

2. Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers

3. Complex SQL query development and performance tuning

4. Data extraction, transformation, and data pipeline development

5. Oracle EBS data conversions and reconciliation

6. Oracle EBS APIs, Interface Tables, and integrations

- Good understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Financial data model and database architecture.

- Experience working with large transactional databases and enterprise reporting environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

- Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

- Knowledge of modern reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

- Experience working in global delivery or offshore development environments
