Oracle AIA Designer cum Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle AIA Designer cum Developer to join our integration team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA), with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting large-scale enterprise integration projects, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) and AABC Process Integration Packs (PIPs). The candidate should possess excellent design, development, deployment, and testing capabilities within Oracle's integration ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA).

- Lead and contribute to large-scale integration projects involving Order-to-Cash (O2C) and AABC Process Integration Packs (PIPs).

- Customize and enhance Oracle AIA components, including Enterprise Business Objects (EBOs), Enterprise Business Services (EBSs), and integration flows.

- Configure, deploy, and maintain Oracle AIA processes and services across development, testing, and production environments.

- Develop and maintain integrations using BPEL, XSLT, and web services technologies.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, QA teams, and application owners, to ensure successful delivery.

- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning of integration solutions.

- Participate in system integration testing, validate end-to-end business processes, and resolve identified issues.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 610 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle AIA Development and Design.

- Proven experience working on large-scale Oracle AIA implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

1. Oracle AIA Foundation Pack

2. Oracle AIA Enterprise Object Library (EBO)

3. Oracle AIA Service Constructor

4. Oracle Process Integration Packs (PIPs)

- Extensive experience in implementing and customizing:

1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) PIPs

2. AABC PIPs

- Strong development expertise in:

1. BPEL (Business Process Execution Language)

2. XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations)

3. XML, SOAP, WSDL, and Web Services

- Good knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.

- Experience with deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support of Oracle AIA integrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB).

- Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite components and middleware technologies.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Perform comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of Oracle AIA solutions.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, prepare test scenarios, execute test cases, and resolve defects.

- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and adherence to business requirements.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
