Oracle AI Architect

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. This role combines deep Oracle Cloud expertise with advanced AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation, decision-making, and digital transformation across ERP and business systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

- Build and deploy solutions using :

1. LLMs (Large Language Models)

2. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks

3. Embeddings and vector databases

4. Multi-agent and Agentic AI systems

- Define reusable AI patterns, accelerators, and enterprise frameworks

Oracle Cloud (OCI) AI & Data Platform :

1. GenAI Service

2. Functions & Serverless computing

3. API Gateway

4. Data Science platform

5. Autonomous Database

6. OIC AI Data Platform

- Ensure scalability, high availability, and performance optimization

ERP & Enterprise Integration :

- Design intelligent automation use cases :

1. Invoice processing

2. Financial forecasting

3. Procurement insights

- Build APIs and integration layers to connect AI services with enterprise applications

Fusion AI & UX Innovation :

- Develop and extend Redwood UI components for enhanced user experience

- Enable conversational and AI-assisted ERP interactions

Advanced AI Engineering :

1. LLM orchestration and prompt engineering

2. Vector search and semantic retrieval

3. Multi-agent collaboration frameworks

- Evaluate and integrate modern AI frameworks such as :

1. LangChain / LangGraph

2. Hugging Face

3. NVIDIA NIM

Data, Security & Governance :

- Implement responsible AI practices, including :

1. Data privacy

2. Model explainability

3. Bias mitigation

- Define data pipelines, storage strategies, and lifecycle management

Development & Implementation :

- Lead PoCs, MVPs, and full-scale production deployments

- Drive performance tuning and optimization of AI workloads

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners

- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions

- Mentor teams and establish best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

- 3+ years hands-on experience in :

1. AI/ML

2. Generative AI

3. Agentic AI systems

- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services

- Experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio & Redwood UI

- Prior experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials / SCM)

- Deep understanding of :

1. LLMs, embeddings, RAG, multi-agent systems

- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, REST APIs

- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with modern AI frameworks :

1. LangChain, LangGraph

2. Hugging Face

3. NVIDIA NIM

- Proven leadership in AI-driven transformation programs
