Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ADF / BPM Developer to support and enhance enterprise applications built on Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies. This role will primarily focus on Oracle ADF development and support, with secondary responsibilities involving maintenance and minor enhancements to existing Oracle BPM workflows and applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle ADF, WebLogic administration, and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments, along with the ability to troubleshoot backend issues and support application modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle ADF.
- Support existing Oracle BPM workflows, including minor coding changes, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Deploy, configure, and support applications running on Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Perform WebLogic upgrades and assist with middleware platform modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues across ADF, BPM, middleware, and database layers.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
- Support CI/CD processes and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain application stability, performance, and security within Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
- Contribute to modernization efforts involving legacy Oracle applications and process automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including :
1. Oracle ADF
2. Oracle BPM
3. Oracle SOA Suite
4. Oracle WebLogic
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ADF development.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Experience performing WebLogic version upgrades (11g, 12c, or later).
- Solid understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL for troubleshooting and support.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as :
1. Git
2. Bitbucket
3. Bamboo
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and automated testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience modernizing legacy Oracle applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or business process automation initiatives.
- Experience integrating Oracle BPM workflows with Oracle ADF applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
