Optimizely Solution Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical solution design across content management, commerce, integrations, and headless architectures

- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams

- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure best practices in application architecture, performance, security, and scalability

- Review technical designs, code, and implementations to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards

- Manage technical risks and resolve complex system-level challenges

- Guide teams through ambiguity and evolving requirements while ensuring delivery excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Optimizely CMS (v12 or SaaS), Optimizely Commerce, and related Optimizely products

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern headless architectures

- Experience with system integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs

- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns

- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex and ambiguous environments

- Strong people leadership, mentoring, and project ownership capabilities

- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure

- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js
