We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Strategy & Innovation to define, lead, and scale the organizations AI roadmap.

This role will be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful AI initiatives, driving innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI, and embedding AI-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and own the enterprise-wide AI strategy, aligned with business goals and long-term digital transformation

- Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions such as operations, finance, HR, marketing, risk, and customer experience

- Build a prioritized AI roadmap covering short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives

- Establish KPIs to measure AI value realization, ROI, and business impact

Innovation & Emerging Technologies :

- Drive innovation through AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and platforms in the AI ecosystem

- Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots, scaling successful initiatives into production

- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible innovation

AI Architecture & Delivery Oversight :

- Provide strategic oversight of AI/ML architecture, data pipelines, and platforms

- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of AI solutions

- Partner with Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps teams to enable MLOps and model lifecycle management

- Oversee model governance, versioning, monitoring, and performance optimization

Responsible AI, Governance & Risk :

- Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and ethical guidelines

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards

- Drive adoption of Responsible AI principles (fairness, explainability, transparency, bias mitigation)

- Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams on AI risk management

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement :

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership on AI strategy and investments

- Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights and recommendations

- Present AI roadmaps, outcomes, and innovation initiatives to the board and executive committees

- Collaborate with business leaders to drive AI adoption and change management

Team Building & Capability Development :

- Build and lead high-performing AI, ML, and data science teams

- Define talent strategy, hiring plans, and skill development roadmaps

- Mentor leaders and practitioners across AI, analytics, and data engineering

- Partner with HR and L&D to drive AI literacy programs across the organization

Key Skills & Competencies :

Technical & Strategic Expertise :

- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI

- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI platforms

- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and open-source frameworks

- Knowledge of data platforms, big data ecosystems, and analytics stacks

- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management

Leadership & Business Acumen :

- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI transformations

- Strong strategic thinking with measurable business outcomes

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

- Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and technology partners
