Position : Technical Leader Java

Experience required :

- Total 7-11 years of experience required in the Development and Delivery of product / customized solutions.

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Module level design, development, and technical delivery

- Technical mentoring to Developer and Sr. Developer

- Agile delivery of given Module and Project including Tracking of Development with proper Tools like Jira

- Code Review, NFR, and other aspects of development.

Technology skills :

- Hands-on development and design experience in JAVA 21, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Boot, Maven, SQL

- Strong REST API design and implementation skills with JSON and XML

- Familiarity with Angular 8+.

- Knowledge of Micro-service architecture

- Understanding of working in an Agile environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence.

- Familiarity with MySQL or any other RDBMS Database.

- Passion for customizing and delivering large-scale lending platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Agile delivery process understanding using JIRA.
