Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Operability Engineer (DevOps) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of DevOps operations, work independently without hand-holding, and interact effectively with UK/US clients. This is a hybrid role requiring strong coding, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end DevOps operations and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.

- Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and automation tools, primarily using Python.

- Participate in coding tests and be able to explain code thoroughly during interviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical solutions without constant supervision.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues proactively.

- Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security for client environments.

- Interact directly with UK/US clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues.

- Implement best practices for CI/CD, configuration management, and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8 - 12 years in DevOps / Operability engineering roles.

- Programming : Strong Python coding skills; must be able to take coding tests and explain logic.

- Cloud & DevOps Tools : Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with international clients.

- Mindset : Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks without hand-holding.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments efficiently.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience in managing hybrid infrastructure setups.

- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in large-scale projects.
