Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure and implement OpenText xECM solutions based on enterprise document management, retention and compliance requirements.

- Integrate OpenText xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce and other enterprise business applications.

- Configure and customize metadata models, content structures, workflows and security policies.

- Develop and manage workflow automation using OpenText tools, APIs and scripting technologies.

- Implement content lifecycle management, document governance and records management solutions.

- Lead client workshops to gather business requirements, understand existing processes and define solution architecture.

- Configure access controls, retention policies and document management frameworks.

- Perform system administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting across OpenText xECM environments.

- Work on on-premises and cloud-based OpenText deployments.

- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and clients to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides and implementation plans.

- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and system sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Extended ECM (xECM).

- Experience in OpenText Content Services and enterprise content management solutions.

- Hands-on experience with SAP and OpenText xECM integration.

- Experience integrating OpenText xECM with SharePoint.

- Strong understanding of records management and document governance.

- Experience with workflow configuration and automation.

- Knowledge of API integration, OpenText APIs and scripting tools.

- Understanding of metadata management, document retention and content lifecycle management.

- Experience in enterprise document management implementations.
