Expert OpenText Cloud Consultant - Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, Directory Services & Information Archive, with Kubernetes & Helm

Role Summary :

The Expert OpenText Cloud Consultant leads the cloud and containerized delivery of the OpenText platform. The role designs and implements enterprise-grade deployments of Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing and Directory Services on OpenText Cloud (CSP) and Kubernetes, including Helm-based packaging, CI/CD, observability, resilience and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement OpenText Cloud (CSP) deployments of Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing and Directory Services.

- Design and implement Cloud Information Archive : ingestion pipelines, indexing, search, retention policies, legal hold and compliance/eDiscovery capabilities.

- Build, maintain and version Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for in-scope products.

- Implement enterprise-grade Kubernetes practices : namespace and RBAC design, network policies, pod security standards, non-root containers, pinned and scanned images.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for image build, chart packaging, environment promotion and automated rollback.

- Implement observability : centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, SLOs and alerting for containerized OpenText workloads.

- Design and validate resilience : high availability, multi-zone deployment, backup and restore, disaster-recovery runbooks and periodic failover testing.

- Own cloud cutover planning and execution : migration of workloads from on-premises to cloud, dry runs, rollback plans and hypercare.

- Perform performance and capacity engineering : sizing, load testing, tuning of application, storage and database layers; cloud cost optimization.

- Ensure security and compliance of cloud deployments : TLS everywhere, encryption at rest, key and certificate management, least-privilege identities, audit logging, vulnerability scanning and patching.
