Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end MES solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, MES architecture, ERP/equipment integration, and industry standards such as ISA-95 and MESA, preferably within the Medical Device or Pharma manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into effective MES processes, workflows, and technical solutions.

- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, rollout, and support of Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES solutions.

- Leverage OOTB functionalities of the latest Opcenter/Camstar versions and drive solution standardization and reusability.

- Conduct feasibility analysis and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.

- Manage Camstar Interoperability (CIO)/MIO integrations with ERP and manufacturing equipment.

- Design and support inbound/outbound messaging and integration workflows.

- Integrate MES with PLC, SCADA, OPC, and L1/L2/L3 systems.

- Collaborate with functional teams, system administrators, end users, vendors, and global stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Ensure MES applications meet requirements for availability, reliability, performance, and supportability.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.

- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of MES processes and solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong techno-functional expertise in Siemens Opcenter/Camstar with hands-on implementation experience.

- Experience with end-to-end MES solution architecture for large-scale/global manufacturing programs.

- Strong understanding of Camstar Interoperability (CIO)/MOM and ERP/equipment integrations.

- Good understanding of Medical Device/Pharma manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.

- Strong knowledge of ISA-95 and MESA standards.

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, specifications, and OT configurations.

- Strong analytical and feasibility assessment skills.

- Ability to design standardized, reusable, and supportable MES solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
