We are looking for an experienced Manager DevOps Engineering to lead and scale our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and operational excellence, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, driving technical excellence and best practices

- Own and manage cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability

- Define and track key operational metrics (performance, incidents, uptime, capacity)

- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution processes

- Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance

- Architect and implement scalable solutions using cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Establish DevOps processes, governance, and lifecycle management aligned with industry standards

- Manage release processes and production deployments with minimal downtime

- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and up-to-date through proactive maintenance strategies

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8- 12 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering

- Proven experience in leading and managing DevOps teams

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)

2. Kubernetes & containerization

3. CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

- Experience with :

1. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

2. Configuration management (Ansible / Chef)

3. Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

- Strong understanding of :

1. Monitoring & observability tools

2. Distributed systems and microservices architecture

3. Incident management and production support

- Experience working with :

1. Databases (Azure SQL, MongoDB)

2. Streaming systems (Kafka)

3. Linux-based environments
