Required :

- CA, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent.

- 6 - 10 years of enterprise performance management implementation experience, including 3 - 4 years implementing OneStream solutions.

- Experience building and optimizing metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports in OneStream.

- Experience supporting finance processes including financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis.

- Experience with VB.Net and/or Python, and relational database management systems such as SQL Server.

- Experience with cloud-based software as a service and platform as a service environments.

- Experience leading technical workstreams, managing multiple assignments, and mentoring junior team members.

Preferred :

- Experience leading end-to-end OneStream implementations across requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Experience designing application models for sales forecasting, financial planning, or workforce planning.

- Experience developing advanced business rules and automations, including custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, custom translations, and currency overrides.

- Experience preparing solution architecture documents, design specifications, test plans, training materials, and administration guides.

- Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting solution options to stakeholders.

- Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions such as People Planning and Capex Planning.
