Onelab Ventures - Scrum Master/IT Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving Python Full Stack development, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Machine Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with proven project management skills to drive execution, ensure timelines, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects across Python Full Stack, Cloud, and ML domains.

- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Create and manage detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk logs.

- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in agile environments.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project progress, blockers, and next steps.

- Handle cross-team dependencies, prioritize tasks, and proactively resolve issues.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies in cloud, full-stack, and AI/ML.

Required Skills And Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

- Strong understanding of Python Full Stack (Python, Django/Flask, React/Angular, REST APIs).

- Experience managing Cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Exposure to Machine Learning projects or collaboration with data science teams.

- Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, Git.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred).
