Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong expertise in Pega Platform/PRPC, Pega Constellation, and enterprise application architecture. The role involves designing scalable Pega solutions, leading technical implementation, and ensuring high standards of performance, security, maintainability, and architectural quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Platform/PRPC and Pega Constellation.

- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega developers and implementation teams.

- Design and implement case management solutions, workflows, business processes, data models, and reusable application components.

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation guidelines.

- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Pega DX API.

- Review technical designs and code to ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and development standards.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability through appropriate architectural decisions and design reviews.

- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues and drive root-cause resolution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Support technical estimation, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

- Mentor development teams and promote reusable components, engineering standards, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in Pega development, solution architecture, or enterprise application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform/PRPC.

- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and modern Pega application design.

- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, workflows, rules, and application design principles.

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and DX API.

- Good knowledge of data modelling, application security, access controls, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, development standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience providing technical leadership, conducting design reviews, and guiding development teams.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make effective architectural decisions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.

- Experience with enterprise-scale Pega implementations and complex system integrations.

- Exposure to Agile delivery, CI/CD, deployment processes, and production support.
