We are seeking a seasoned OIC Developer to join our dynamic engineering team to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of complex integration solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, solution architects, and global clients to streamline data flow and process automation.

Your work will directly influence the scalability and efficiency of our enterprise applications, ensuring seamless interoperability that drives business agility and enhances the end-user experience across our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud to ensure high performance data synchronization between disparate cloud and on-premise systems.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from gathering technical requirements to deployment and post-production support, to ensure solutions align with organizational business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration bottlenecks and performance issues to maintain system stability and minimize downtime for critical business operations.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering best practices and maintain high standards of technical excellence.

- Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to translate intricate business processes into efficient, automated integration workflows that improve operational productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in designing and configuring Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components, including REST/SOAP adapters, file handling, and complex orchestration patterns.

- Exhibit a strong command of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and their integration with SaaS and PaaS applications to build cohesive enterprise architectures.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Oracle Cloud updates and features, ensuring our integration strategies remain at the cutting edge of industry standards.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of delivering high-impact integration projects.
