Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned OFSAA EPM professional to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial performance management initiatives, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions within the OFSAA ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data architects, and senior stakeholders, to streamline financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Your work will directly influence the organizations strategic decision-making capabilities, ensuring that our financial systems are scalable, accurate, and aligned with global regulatory and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end EPM solutions within the OFSAA framework to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and profitability analysis for global stakeholders.

- Configure and customize OFSAA EPM modules, including Profitability Management and Enterprise Performance Management, to ensure seamless integration with existing data warehouses and source systems.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from requirement gathering and functional design to development, testing, and production deployment, to meet critical business timelines.

- Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and data reconciliation issues to maintain system integrity and provide reliable insights to the finance leadership team.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and adherence to best practices in financial software development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing OFSAA EPM modules, with a deep understanding of financial data modeling and multi-dimensional reporting.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting, enabling the development of high-performance data transformation and processing routines.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Proven track record of working in collaborative, high-pressure environments, with the flexibility to adapt to hybrid work models in the Mumbai office.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a solid foundation in banking or financial services domain knowledge.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
