We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Odoo backend and frontend development and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise)

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new modules as per client needs

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs

- Work on Odoo backend (Python) and frontend (XML, QWeb, JavaScript)

- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization

- Handle data migration and upgrades between Odoo versions

- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers

- Provide technical support and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Odoo Development

- Strong knowledge of Python

- Hands-on experience with Odoo Framework & ORM

- Experience in PostgreSQL

- Good understanding of XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations

- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environment

- Experience with Git or version control systems

Good to Have :

- Experience with Odoo.sh

- Knowledge of Docker

- Odoo certification is a plus

- Experience in multi-company and multi-currency implementations
