- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements

- Work on Odoo backend development using Python

- Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)

- Perform database management using PostgreSQL

- Assist in Odoo implementation, testing, deployment, and support

- Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve system performance

- Collaborate with functional consultants and internal teams

- Prepare basic technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Odoo Development

- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo Framework

- Experience with PostgreSQL

- Good understanding of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Familiarity with Odoo ORM, workflows, and security rules

- Basic understanding of business processes (ERP concepts)

- Experience with Odoo versions (v14, v15, v16 - any)

Good to Have :

- Experience in Odoo.sh or Linux environment

- Knowledge of Git version control

- Exposure to real-time ERP implementation projects
