Role Overview:

As an Odoo Business Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their operational challenges, translate complex requirements into actionable Odoo configurations, and guide them through successful system implementations. This role directly impacts client efficiency and satisfaction by ensuring Odoo solutions are perfectly aligned with their strategic objectives, fostering streamlined processes and enhanced decision-making. You will work closely with project managers, technical developers, and end-users across various industries and geographies, including Kuwait and India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and meticulously document client business processes and functional requirements, translating them into comprehensive Odoo functional specifications.

- Design, configure, and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting) to align with specific client operational workflows and strategic goals.

- Collaborate effectively with technical development teams to ensure accurate implementation, integration, and customization of Odoo solutions, delivering robust and scalable systems.

- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT), identify discrepancies, and provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum system utility.

- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Odoo implementations, maintaining system stability and enhancing user experience.

- Develop detailed documentation including business process flows, functional design documents, and user manuals, establishing a clear knowledge base for continuity and future enhancements.

- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Odoo ERP modules, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities across various versions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into practical and effective Odoo solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting solutions clearly.

- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing user training for ERP systems.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Adaptability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different time zones and cultural contexts.
