Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OCI Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Security Administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), user access management, Oracle SaaS administration, and environment management. The role will be responsible for securing and supporting Oracle Cloud applications across ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, and AFCS, while ensuring effective user lifecycle management, access governance, environment readiness, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Oracle Cloud environments across Oracle ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, and AFCS.

- Manage end-to-end user lifecycle activities, including user creation, modification, deactivation, restoration, role assignment, and access reviews.

- Configure and maintain user roles, role hierarchies, data access controls, security policies, and application access across Oracle Cloud applications.

- Ensure application security aligns with organizational governance requirements, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access-control standards.

- Conduct periodic user access certification, role reviews, security audits, and access recertification.

- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, access, and security-related issues.

- Administer Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for identity management, authentication, authorization, federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Manage users, groups, application assignments, provisioning, and identity synchronization within IDCS.

- Configure and support MFA, password policies, security policies, and access controls.

- Support integration with enterprise identity providers and directories such as Active Directory and other SSO solutions.

- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and identity-governance processes.

- Monitor identity-related incidents and support audit, compliance, and security reviews.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Oracle Cloud environment cloning and refresh activities across Development, Test, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.

- Perform post-clone activities including security refresh, user synchronization, integration validation, scheduling updates, and configuration verification.

- Manage environment-specific security configurations and restore appropriate user access following refresh or cloning activities.

- Coordinate application patching, maintenance windows, environment refreshes, and release activities.

- Validate environment readiness following patches, clones, upgrades, and other lifecycle activities.

- Maintain environment inventories, operational procedures, and supporting documentation.

- Monitor Oracle Cloud application and environment health and coordinate resolution of operational issues.

- Work closely with Oracle support, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to resolve production issues.

- Maintain appropriate runbooks, SOPs, access-control documentation, and operational records.

- Support governance, audit, compliance, and security-control requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve access management, environment operations, automation, and cloud administration processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud administration, Oracle SaaS administration, IAM, cloud security, or related roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Security Administration and User Access Management.

- Experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, and/or AFCS environments.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle IDCS / Oracle Identity Cloud Service.

- Experience with user lifecycle management, role provisioning, access reviews, role hierarchies, and application security.

- Good understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and access-control concepts.

- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD), security governance, audit controls, and access certification.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud environment cloning, refreshes, patching, maintenance, and release activities.

- Good understanding of OCI concepts and Oracle Cloud application administration.

- Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, provisioning, synchronization, and access-related issues.

- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with Active Directory or external identity providers.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently in an enterprise application support and cloud-operations environment.
