Job Role :

We are looking for an experienced OAM Developer with strong expertise in OAM architecture, FCAPS systems, and wireless network domains (4G/5G). The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in C/C++ on Linux, along with exposure to cloud-native and distributed environments

Key Skills : OAM, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Celph

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of development experience in Telecom/Wireless domain

- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Linux

- Deep understanding of OAM Architecture & Design

- Hands-on experience in container/microservices-based development - Kubernetes ; Docker ; Helm ; Celph ; CNCF ecosystem

- Knowledge of Virtualization & Containerization

- Experience with Netconf, YANG, JSON/REST APIs

- Good to have understanding of TR-069, ConfD

- Good to have understanding in CPRI, FPGA interfacing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop OAM (Operations, Administration, and Maintenance) functionality for 4G/5G Core & Radio Access Networks

- Adapt OAM capabilities within distributed architectures using OpenStack/Kubernetes

- Work closely with network operators for requirement gathering, system integration, and maintenance support

- Contribute to OAM/FCAPS subsystem design and development in wireless networks (eNB / HeNB / gNB preferred)

- Implement solutions following 3GPP TM specifications

- Develop and integrate using Netconf, YANG, JSON/REST protocols

- Ensure system performance in virtualized and containerized environments
