We are seeking a skilled o9 Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in supply chain planning and digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate will play a key role in implementing and enhancing o9 solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in implementation and support projects for o9 demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Configure and customize o9 platform components based on business needs.

- Work on data integration, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and planning models.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize supply chain and planning processes.

- Support solution testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support activities.

- Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, FSDs, and process flows.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering and analytics teams.

- Participate in client workshops and solution discussions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in supply chain planning and enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions platform implementation/support.

- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, and IBP processes.

- Experience in SQL, data integration, and configuration activities.

- Exposure to supply chain transformation programs and planning tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced client environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industries preferred.

- Knowledge of Python, ETL tools, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
