About the Role :

In a nutshell :

- Create and manage an overall project plan including budget, schedule and resources for one or more o9 engagements.

- Monitor and report progress and changes against the plan.

- Ensure a successful implementation by motivating and directing a cross-functional project team comprising software vendors, customers, o9 and partners.

- Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status.

What youll do :

- Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery.

- Develop estimates of effort, time, resources, and platform sizing to help build the SOW.

- Create a detailed project plan and align stakeholders on milestones and timelines.

- Mitigate risks and communicate deviations from the plan.

- Work with the o9 product team to provide resolutions for bugs and enhancements.

- Provide knowledge transition and documentation during handover to Support services.

- Continually engage with customers to manage priorities and identify new opportunities.

- Provide thought leadership in designs and best practices.

- Ensure timely communication regarding progress and anticipated concerns.

- Facilitate improvement and expansion opportunities post-delivery.

Tech Stack :

o9 planning platform, Excel, Azure Devops, Asana, MPP, JIRA.

What youll have :

- 7-10 Years of overall experience with 5 years of project management experience in supply chain projects.

- Experience handling EU and US customers; Asian markets are a plus.

- Background in SCM, Retail, Analytics, or ERP implementations.

- Prince 2 or PMP certifications.

- Planning practitioners knowledge.

- Experience with analytical tools like R is a plus.
