You must have :

- Proficiency working with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, etc.

- Communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.

- Deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, white space and have a highly refined aesthetic sense.

- An ability to think through user problems, find solutions, create high-fidelity mockups and work with engineers.

- Understanding of implementation and measurement challenges across mobile (iOS and Android), web and hybrid solutions.

- Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics based feedback.

- A good understanding of design system and product scalability.

Qualification :

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors International (HFI), or related field.

What you'll do :

- Define product strategy, design deliverables and innovation for a particular experience.

- Identify problems to solve, gauge product usability, and make sound recommendations.

- Run tight sprints and plan design deliverables in collaboration with product, engineering and business teams.

- Think in terms of design systems and make rational design decisions.

- Have deep empathy for the user and a desire to learn about Nykaa's customers.

- Understand and respond to performance data to steer future interaction designs.
