Technical Delivery Manager - Salesforce FSL

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - Salesforce FSL to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Salesforce Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Field Service Lightning (FSL), along with proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects and technical delivery teams.

The candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable FSL solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation and integration projects.

- Manage technical delivery across project planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and functional teams to define and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce FSL architecture, customization, integrations, and data models.

- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

- Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

- Drive best practices around Salesforce development, deployment, security, and performance.

- Coordinate CI/CD and release management activities across Salesforce environments.

- Ensure successful integration of Salesforce FSL with external systems and middleware platforms.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Strong understanding of FSL components including :

1. Work Orders

2. Service Appointments

3. Scheduling Policies

4. Service Territories

5. Mobile Workforce Management

- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Experience working with middleware and integration platforms.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and customization.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, preferably Jenkins and Git.

- Experience managing complex Salesforce implementation and delivery programs.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect will be an advantage.

- Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Prior experience managing distributed technical teams and multiple project stakeholders.
