Client is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Generative AI capabilities for our enterprise. This role will drive the development of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and an enterprise semantic layer that powers AI-driven use cases across the organization.

You will operate at the intersection of AI engineering, data platforms, architecture, and business stakeholders, owning complex, multi-team programs from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end program delivery for Generative AI platforms, including LLM enablement, orchestration, and governance

- Own the roadmap and execution of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize context, memory, tools, and semantic understanding across AI applications

- Drive development of an enterprise semantic layer (metadata, ontologies, knowledge graphs, embeddings) for scalable AI consumption

- Partner with engineering, data, architecture, security, and risk teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions

- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams (platform, data, models, compliance, infrastructure)

- Establish program governance, metrics, milestones, and risk management aligned with financial-services standards

- Translate business use cases into executable AI programs with clear outcomes (productivity, revenue, risk reduction)

- Ensure compliance with model risk management, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Program / Technical Program Management

- Strong experience managing platform-scale initiatives (AI, data, cloud, or enterprise platforms)

- Hands-on understanding of Generative AI concepts : LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt orchestration, model lifecycle

- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, semantic layers, or knowledge management systems

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, global teams in complex environments

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership

- Background in financial services or regulated industries (strongly preferred)
