Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in multi-country payroll implementations, specifically UK and Spain payroll. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end ECP implementations and a deep understanding of country-specific payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects.

- Handle end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Work on multi-country payroll implementations with a focus on UK and Spain payroll processes.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into payroll solutions.

- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and Payroll Control Center.

- Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and statutory payroll regulations.

- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams for successful delivery.

- Perform payroll reconciliation, defect resolution, and payroll validation activities.

- Support integration between Employee Central and ECP modules.

- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

- Good understanding of legal and country-specific payroll processes.

- Expertise in UK and Spain Payroll implementation and support.

- Hands-on experience in a minimum of 4 end-to-end multi-country ECP implementation projects.

- Experience in payroll schema and rules configuration and payroll troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of payroll integration with Employee Central and third-party systems.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
