About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS), including implementation, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will have mandatory SAP S/4HANA experience and a solid understanding of project costing, budgeting, scheduling, revenue recognition, and integration with SAP CO, FI, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PS Implementation and Configuration :

- Work on SAP PS implementation projects and related solutions involving Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and Investment Management (IM).

- Configure and maintain SAP PS structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, and project profiles.

- Manage project cost planning, budgeting, scheduling, material requirements planning, and project quotations.

- Configure and support resource-related billing, timesheets, goods issues, and other project management activities.

- Define migration concepts for SAP PS objects and support data migration activities.

- Support new developments, functional enhancements, and solution realization.

Project Costing and Financial Integration :

- Work on SAP CO-PS processes, including product costing, profitability analysis, and revenue recognition.

- Configure and support results analysis methods and project-related revenue recognition.

- Ensure integration with SAP Accounting, including New General Ledger (New GL), Functional Area, and Cost of Sales (CoS) accounting.

- Support project cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and financial reporting.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with production, sales, and logistics processes.

SAP Module Integration :

- Manage integration between SAP PS and the following modules :

1. SAP CO - Controlling

2. SAP FI - Financial Accounting

3. SAP MM - Materials Management

4. SAP SD - Sales and Distribution

5. SAP PP - Production Planning

6. SAP HR - Human Resources

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project costing, resource management, billing, and financial postings.

Support and Issue Resolution :

- Handle SAP PS functional support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Develop functional specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, configurations, and enhancements in SAP PS.

- Coordinate with technical teams to support development, testing, and implementation of enhancements.

- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).

- Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- In-depth knowledge of WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.

- Experience with resource-related billing, CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet), goods issues, and project execution processes.

- Strong understanding of SAP CO-PS, product costing, profitability analysis, and revenue recognition.

- Knowledge of results analysis methods and project financial accounting.

- Experience with SAP PS integration across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

- Experience in SAP PS implementation, configuration, migration, and functional support.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
