Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ERP SAP Project Manager with 8 - 10 years of experience in managing SAP ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users. This role requires strong project management expertise, SAP domain knowledge, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The position is open across India with Hybrid/Remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end SAP ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, and overall project governance.

- Drive SAP integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership and clients.

- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery.

- Lead project teams and ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in SAP ERP project management.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, or related ERP solutions.

- Experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, migration and rollout projects.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and governance.

- Ability to coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership teams.

- Knowledge of SAP integration, data migration, testing, and deployment processes.

- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
