About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design and implement scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned with business and field service requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce FSL architecture, configuration, integrations, scheduling, and field service optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business and field service requirements.

- Configure and optimize Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies.

- Design and implement integrations between FSL, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Optimize workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and field service operations.

- Enhance mobile experiences for field technicians and ensure usability across field service workflows.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solution architectures.

- Support deployment, release management, testing, and production implementation activities.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Proven experience in Salesforce Architecture and solution design.

- Strong knowledge of Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Field Service processes.

- Experience integrating Salesforce FSL with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

- Experience designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
