Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ALM Administrator with strong expertise in OpenText ALM / HP ALM / Quality Center administration and project-level configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ALM projects, configurations, templates, workflows, user access, reporting, and production support across ALM environments.

The candidate should have strong experience in project-side planning, ALM customization, VBScript, SQL reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain OpenText ALM / HP ALM / Quality Center environments and projects.

- Manage project creation, configuration, planning, maintenance, and project-side administration.

- Create and maintain standardized ALM project templates across projects and environments.

- Configure project-specific fields, workflows, lists, validations, and business rules.

- Configure and maintain Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, and Defects modules.

- Manage users, roles, permissions, access rights, and project-level security.

- Customize ALM workflows and business rules using VBScript where required.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, queries, and management reports based on project requirements.

- Use SQL/database queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

- Support project data management, configuration changes, migrations, and environment-related activities.

- Troubleshoot ALM project issues and provide administration, configuration, and production support.

- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand planning, configuration, and reporting requirements.

- Translate business and project requirements into effective ALM configurations and reporting solutions.

- Maintain ALM standards, documentation, templates, processes, and best practices across projects.

- Ensure consistency and governance of ALM configurations across different environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in ALM administration, particularly OpenText ALM / HP ALM / Quality Center.

- 4+ years of experience with VBScript.

- 3+ years of experience with SQL and database queries.

- Strong experience in ALM project-level configuration and administration.
