Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, high-performance data solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Java & SQL.

- Work extensively on GCP-based data services.

- Handle large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end data delivery.

- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java, SQL, and Big Data technologies.

- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data architecture.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in designing enterprise-level data platforms.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
