We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Developer specializing in EPBCS and ARCS to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, particularly in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and related Hyperion products.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle EPM applications, along with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and account reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, development, and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions, particularly EPBCS and ARCS.

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.

- Develop and configure ARCS applications, including reconciliation processes, transaction matching rules, workflows, and related functionalities.

- Manage data integration activities, including data loading, mapping, validation, and reconciliation between source systems and Oracle EPM applications.

- Perform application development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for Oracle EPM solutions.

- Work on Hyperion Planning, EPBCS/PBCS, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM/FCCS) applications.

- Develop and maintain standard and customized reports, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions.

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technical teams to ensure that EPM solutions align with business requirements.

- Support application enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize existing EPM applications.

- Participate in functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.

- Ensure effective documentation of functional specifications, technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM development, implementation, and application support.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), including:

1. Reconciliation Compliance

2. Transaction Matching

3. Application configuration and development

4. Data integration and reconciliation

5. Testing and deployment

- Experience in implementing ARCS solutions from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

- Experience with Oracle EPBCS/PBCS, Hyperion Planning, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM/FCCS).

- Strong understanding of the Oracle Hyperion EPM product suite and application development lifecycle.

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

- Sound functional knowledge of finance, accounting, General Ledger (GL), sub-ledgers, and account reconciliation processes.

- Knowledge of standard and custom reports, financial reporting, and dashboard development.

- Experience in data integration, data validation, and troubleshooting across EPM applications.

- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
