Noww - AI/ML Developer - Data Science

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Science & AI/ML Developer who can work across diverse data domains, build scalable pipelines, develop predictive models, and contribute to end-to-end AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in machine learning and Python development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with data from multiple domains and formats; perform data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing.

- Design and implement ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.

- Perform feature engineering, feature selection, and data transformation for ML workflows.

- Build interactive and insightful data visualizations using Apache Superset and Python-based libraries.

- Develop and optimize Machine Learning models, including :

1. Regression models

2. Classification models

3. Time-series forecasting models

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Write clean, modular, and high-performance Python code for analytics and model deployment.

- Evaluate models using appropriate ML metrics and perform hyperparameter tuning.

- Document processes, workflows, and model behavior clearly for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.

- Strong expertise in Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, StatsModels.

- Solid understanding of ML algorithms across regression, classification, clustering, and time-series domains.

- Strong capability in data understanding, data profiling, and working with domain-agnostic datasets.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Apache Superset (must have).

- Strong experience in building ETL pipelines using Python or cloud-based tools.

- Good understanding of SQL and working with relational databases.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Experience with RAG pipelines, NLP, or Generative AI models.

- Experience deploying ML models in production using Docker/FastAPI.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
