About the role :

As an ideal candidate, you must be a problem solver with solid experience and knowledge in AI/ML development. You must be passionate in understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption.

Requirements :

- 3-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Computer Vision techniques such as CNNs, object detection, segmentation, and image processing.

- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of classical and modern machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

- Experience with data preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation techniques for image datasets.

- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization strategies.

- Practical experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on edge devices.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and documentation.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.

- Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with model compression and optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning for deployment efficiency.

- Exposure to other AI domains like NLP or time series analysis is a bonus.

- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
