We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Program Manager with expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS transformation, system integration, and managed services. The ideal candidate will lead delivering programs, ensuring seamless execution across global teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, modern software engineering steps & process and technical expertise in OSS/BSS to drive successful program execution, stakeholder engagement, and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on Telecom OSS/BSS transformation, system integration, and managed services.

- Transitioned from software engineer to manager roles is preferred.

- Proven expertise in leading global-scale delivery programs with complex engineering and integration challenges.

Technical Expertise :

Having strong tech experience in prior careers will make the role successful. The candidate should have experience in one or more of the below items :

- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS architecture, frameworks, and implementation methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with writing code and deploying into production, using SRE, DevOps methodologies and automation tools, and distributed architectures.

- Expertise in ITSM frameworks, including incident management, change management, and service delivery.

- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as :

1. Splunk (log analysis, monitoring).

2. ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM implementations).

3. Dynatrace (application performance monitoring).

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools :

1. Jira (Agile project management), power points (reporting).

2. Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub (version control, CI/CD).

3. Kubernetes, Docker (container orchestration).

4. Terraform, Ansible (Infrastructure as Code).

- Strong grasp of data migration and transformation projects.

- Proven track record of achieving the defined outcomes on time, with highest quality and within budget.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams in a dynamic global environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
