Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Node.js Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems that power our core financial applications.

You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive business growth. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust and scalable backend APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and FastAPI to support our financial applications.

- Develop and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Redis, SQL, and PostgreSQL to ensure optimal performance.

- Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets and TCP/IP to facilitate seamless data exchange between clients and servers.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest Framework to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces to deliver a seamless user experience.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of our backend systems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development to continuously improve our development practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Node.js, Javascript, and TypeScript.

- Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of database technologies, including Redis, SQL, and PostgreSQL, with the ability to design and optimize database schemas.

- Experience with real-time communication protocols, such as WebSockets and TCP/IP.

- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using Jest Framework.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve production issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
