NOC Support Engineer

Role : NOC support engineer - (AWS, Linux, Shell/Bash/Python)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Work location : Hinjewadi, Pune

Work mode : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor system health, alerts, dashboards, and logs using standard monitoring tools.

- Perform first-level and second-level troubleshooting on incidents.

- Execute runbooks for known issues and escalate when needed.

- Perform basic Linux troubleshooting (logs, services, disk/CPU/memory checks).

- Run and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and issue diagnosis.

- Work with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) for routine checks and troubleshooting.

- Document incident details, resolution steps, and maintain knowledge base articles.

- Communicate timely updates to stakeholders and ensure proper shift handover.

- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for deeper analysis and RCA contributions.

- (Optional) Build scripts to automate repetitive checks or reporting.

Good to Have :

Automation/Scripting :

- Bash, Python, PowerShell (any scripting experience is a plus).

- Experience with CI/CD concepts.

- Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

- Understanding of ITIL processes.

Shift Requirements :

- Comfortable with 247 rotational shifts.

- Ability to join on-call rotation for critical incidents.
