Job Description :

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Guide and coach the team on Scrum practices and principles.

- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress.

- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

- Utilize Jira for tracking progress, managing tasks, and generating reports.

- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

- Ensure the team adheres to Agile practices and ceremonies.

- Track and report on project metrics, including team velocity and burndown charts.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs and feedback are addressed.

- Continuously seek ways to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Candidate Profile :

- 7-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of leading multiple Scrum teams.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required (e.g., PSM, SAFe, etc.).

- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Proven experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and mentoring teams.

- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead teams through various Agile ceremonies.

- Ability to foster collaboration and ensure transparency across teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working with distributed teams in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

- Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.) and the ability to implement them effectively.
