Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, APIs, and enterprise application integration, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

- Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

- Develop and review solutions using Apex, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.

- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and external applications/systems.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.

- Establish best practices for Salesforce development, integration, security, and deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce.

- Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

- Hands-on experience with Apex development.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and system integrations.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale and highly scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, security, data architecture, and deployment practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Ability to work across business and technology teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.
